The location of this apartment was mind-blowing! It was super central and we could easily walk to all the famous monuments. The flat itself was jaw-droppingly spacious and bright, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise, and we were able to cook our meals with the cookware and kitchen utensils provided. The fact that there was a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bonus. We also appreciated the convenience of the lift, especially when carrying our toddler. , it was great that pets were allowed, and there was a strict no-smoking policy on site. we had a amazing stay with all the necessary amenities available.

The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine/dryer and a clothes airer with pegs, which made our stay even more convenient. The Instruction Folder provided was extremely helpful, giving us clear guidance on everything from emptying bins to operating the oven. we had a great experience and would recommend Shard View Apartments.

Although our stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor inconveniences. if you arrive outside of office hours, it can be challenging to contact anyone for assistance, as the emergency line is only meant for specific situations like being locked out.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the Thames, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and the Financial District. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The view over Old Billingsgate Market to the Shard was absolutely stunning. The host was punctual and delivered our key on time. we had a great experience.

the lack of communication regarding the broken lift was a major inconvenience. Having to climb three flights of stairs with my luggage was not ideal, especially after a long day of work.
